How to collect pearls?

You earn pearls with every order placed in our shop. You can also earn them through bonuses such as your first order, a customer review, or a referral.

How do I use my beads?

As soon as you reach a milestone, you can exchange your pearls for a reward (discount, mini-product, free shipping, etc.). You will receive a unique code to use in your shopping cart.

Do my pearls expire?

No, your pearls do not expire as long as you have an active account and place at least one order every 12 months.

Where can I see my pearl balance?

Log in to your customer account and then click on “My loyalty program” to see your balance, available rewards and earned bonuses.
