1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products made via the denichetaperle.com website, in accordance with the provisions of the Luxembourg Consumer Code , in particular Articles L. 111-1 et seq .

2. Products

The products are carefully described. Photographs are not contractually binding. In the event of an error or unavailability, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible.

3. Orders

Any order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. A confirmation email will be sent. In the event of unavailability, a refund will be made within 14 days ( Art. L. 222-3 of the French Consumer Code).

4. Price and payment

Prices are in euros (€), including VAT. Payment is made securely online. Validation of payment constitutes a contractual commitment ( art. L. 222-6 ).

5. Delivery (Luxembourg, EU, international)

Delivery guaranteed to the countries offered on the site, including outside the European Union.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Luxembourg/EU: 2 to 10 working days

  • International: 5 to 20 working days

Customs fees : For non-EU countries, taxes may apply depending on local regulations. These fees are the customer's responsibility.

6. Right of withdrawal (art. L. 222-9 to L. 222-12)

The customer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer . Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt.

Exceptions : The right of withdrawal does not apply:

  • to cosmetic products unsealed after delivery (art. L. 222-10, paragraph 1, 5°),

  • to personalized products.

7. Legal guarantees

Guarantee of conformity ( art. L. 212-3 to L. 212-5 )

Valid for 2 years from delivery.
The customer may request the repair or replacement of the defective product free of charge.

Guarantee of hidden defects ( art. 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code )

Applicable if the defect renders the product unfit for use.
The customer may request a cancellation of the sale or a price reduction.
