Return policy

At Denichetaperle , your satisfaction is our priority. In accordance with applicable legislation, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of your order.


1. Return conditions

You can return an item under the following conditions:

  • The product has not been used.

  • It is in its original condition and original packaging.

  • It is accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email).


2. Non-returnable products

For hygiene reasons and according to the law, some items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used personal care or cosmetic products

  • Intimate products,

  • Gift cards,

  • Digital downloads.


3. Return Procedure

  2. Return the product to:

  3. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or refusal of the refund.

  • 4. Refund Policy

    You have 14 calendar days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Luxembourg legislation (L. 222-9 of the Consumer Code).

    Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Please include proof of purchase.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an order error.

    Some items cannot be returned:
    - Opened personal care or cosmetic products,
    - Items customized or made to order
    - Products on “firm sale” (indicated on the product sheet).

    The refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt and validation of the return, via the same payment method.


5. Return costs

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs to return a product .

  • Refunds are made in the same currency as that used for the purchase, i.e. in euros (€), and correspond exactly to the amount paid by the customer at the time of the order.

    In the event of a return under the right of withdrawal, only the standard delivery charges (the cheapest available option) are refunded. Additional charges related to express or priority delivery options are not refundable.

  • No processing or restocking fees will be charged.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error on our part.
    • Refunds are issued in the same currency used at the time of purchase (euros €), and match exactly the amount paid at checkout.
    • If the return is made under the right of withdrawal, only standard delivery costs (the lowest-cost method offered) will be refunded. Additional fees for express or priority shipping are non-refundable.
    • No restocking or handling fees will be charged.


6. Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items.

7. Items offered or sent as gifts

  • If the item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase, you will receive a credit for the returned amount.

  • If the item was ordered and given later by the person who gave the gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser .


8. Recommendation

For any return over €75 , we recommend sending with tracking or insurance .
We cannot guarantee receipt of a returned package without proof of posting.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable , except if defective.

  • Partial refunds may apply for damaged or incomplete items not due to our error.


5. Return shipping costs

  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
